EMN Ireland is the Irish National Contact Point of the European Migration Network and is located at the Economic and Social Research Institute (ESRI).

Policy analysis and research
EMN Ireland publishes research on international protection and migration-related issues and provides analysis on migration trends, legislation, policy developments and policy implementation.
National networking
National network members are informed about EMN activities and support EMN Ireland by supplying information and contributing, on occasion, to research and policy activities.
Information exchange
EMN Ireland shares information on national and European legislation, case law, research, publications and statistical data.
Ad hoc queries
The ad hoc request system gathers comparative information and data on international protection and migration-related issues of relevance to policymakers and policy development in Member States.
